Not as good as the first, but still pretty good. This time agent J has to make agent K remember who he is. Agent K needs his help on a case. Again really funny movie, especially the tiny aliens.

Movie spotlight
Kay and Jay reunite to provide our best, last and only line of defense against a sinister seductress who levels the toughest challenge yet to the MIB's untarnished mission statement – protecting Earth from the scum of the universe. It's been four years since the alien-seeking agents averted an intergalactic disaster of epic proportions. Now it's a race against the clock as Jay must convince Kay – who not only has absolutely no memory of his time spent with the MIB, but is also the only living person left with the expertise to save the galaxy – to reunite with the MIB before the earth submits to ultimate destruction.
Agent J is living a normal life as a postal worker, having neuralyzed his memories of MIB. However, an alien threat emerges when an evil alien seductress, Serleena, arrives on Earth disguised as a lingerie model, seeking the powerful Universal Remote. J is forced to return to the Men in Black agency to help his former partner, Agent K, who has had his memory wiped and is unaware of his past MIB duties. Together, they must race against time to find the Universal Remote and save humanity from Serleena's destructive plans.
Men in Black II received a generally mixed to negative reception from critics, who found it less inventive and less humorous than its predecessor. While the chemistry between Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones was still a highlight for some, many reviewers felt the plot was derivative and the comedy relied too heavily on slapstick and repetitive gags. Audiences, however, were more forgiving, and the film achieved significant box office success.
While the return of Agents J and K provides some familiar charm, the sequel lacks the originality and sharp wit of the first film.
The humor often falls flat, relying too much on sight gags and less on the clever banter that made the original so enjoyable.
Despite its flaws, the film delivers enough action and star power to satisfy casual viewers looking for a lighthearted sci-fi comedy.
Google audience: Google users generally found Men in Black II to be an entertaining, albeit less impressive, sequel. Many appreciated the return of Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones and enjoyed the comedic moments and special effects. However, some viewers agreed with critics that the film didn't live up to the original's standard and felt the story was somewhat predictable.
None notable.
The alien dog, Frank, played by Mushu, was a real dog, not a puppet or CGI creation. His barks and expressions were often enhanced in post-production to convey his character's thoughts.

The first in this franchise had the advantage of being an original, quirky and entertaining spoof of all things sci fi with a couple of characterful detectives trying to stop world decimation. This just drags that enjoyable concept, kicking...

Decent watch, probably won't watch again, and can only recommend if you REALLY liked the first on and MIB International isn't available. They literally start the movie by subtly explaining why the formula doesn't work without Tommy Lee J...

_**Fun sequel, but not as good as the first one**_ Tommy Lee Jones, Will Smith and Rip Torn return in this sequel about a secret government agency based in New York City that deals with extraterrestrial interactions on Earth. Like th...

I don't know that _Men in Black II_ is really thaaat much worse than the rest of the trilogy, as most other people seem to think. I mean, in my opinion, it's actually better than the third. But these are all basically the same movie. So the...
I’d say the movie holds up a lot better all these years later because 1. it’s not right after the first MIB and my expectations weren’t super high and 2. after years of seeing Will Smith either not care enough about the movie to try or try ...
